HBP混合泵由多管头(由客户选定)、混合部分、机座、电机组成。混合泵由2-5层的转子与定子组成转定子的齿由内向外逐步由粗到细使原始不同成分的物料按比例要求在瞬间混合均质，该产品广泛应用于生产工艺流程中需要多种物料进行混合均质，以及化工流程工艺中的中和混合。使用混合设备后，使原有的传统生产工艺进一步简化，节省场地、大幅降低初次投资、节省运行成本及维护费用。
该泵结构、性能全部引进国外技术，泵的过流部件全部采用不锈钢材料制成。按客户需求分为立式安装和卧式安装两种类型。
